Let it Snow.....

Here are the best friends(James and Lenny) watching our first snow fall. James was totally amazed, and of course Lenny loves the snow! James just can't wait to get out there and make a snow man!!

Christmas is Coming!!

James spent last Saturday evening with his best bud's Noah, Reese, and Avery at the Foley's Annual Christmas Sing-a-long. He loved spending time with his friends and hearing all the beautiful Christmas songs. Even Santa made an appearance!! It was so nice of him to find the time to visit us, knowing how many toys he has to make in the next month! It was such a great time and we can't wait for next year!!

New Smile!

At 8 1/2 months of age, James certainly has his own little personality. This is his new smile and he laughs every time he does it. We just love watching him grow and change every day! His teachers at daycare say that he's very strong for his age! Yesterday, they caught him standing at the bookshelves and "walking" while holding onto them!!! He's so advanced!!!

Ready for the Cold!!!

Here I am sporting my new winter hat. Mommy and Daddy couldn't stop laughing and I'm not exactly sure why. I think I look pretty good!

James' New Do

Well, James is officically a big boy. He had his first haircut!!! We weren't sure how he was going to react- especially with the clippers. But he was so brave and smiling through out the entire process! He certainly looks like a big boy now- and of course, the cutest boy I know!!!!

PA Trip

We surprised Grammy Bathon by flying out to PA last weekend. James was a perfect little angel on the flight. He didn't make a sound, until he started flirting with the flight attendants! Needless to say, Grammy was more than shocked when she found us hiding out in the garage! It was a great weekend, and now James can't wait for Christmas in PA! Maybe he'll even get a little egg nog in his bottle!

Trick or Treat!

Here is James all dressed up for his first Halloween! Certainly the cutest trick or treater I have ever seen! Funny thing is, a few weeks before Halloween, he started roaring like a lion and scaring the other babies in his class. How smart he is, to know the sound that a lion makes! Future genius!

Happy Birthday Grandma!!

We spent last Saturday evening, celebrating Grandma Bucholz's birthday! The Bucholz clan met at Brio Italian restaurant for some fun, terrific food, and a few cocktails. Happy Birthday to Grandma Bucholz! And next weekend...we are celebrating Daddy's birthday. He will be entering his 3rd decade! Now he can't make fun of Mommy for being so "old". Pic's to come...

6 Month Stats

Well, James is now 1/2! In just another 6 months, we'll be celebrating his 1st birthday! It's certainly hard to believe! Here are his 6 month stats:

15 lbs 10 oz, 10th percentile
26 3/4 in, 40th percentile

He's eating like a champ...LOVES squash, sweet potatoes, and carrots. It's amazing how quickly he's changing...he loves reading books with Mommy and Daddy, rolls from front to back, sits up by himself (sometimes), and interacts with us/Lenny constantly! His new thing...if he's frustrated and wants something, he's starts to "pant". Perhaps he learned this from Lenny?!

Hanging with Friends

Here are a few pictures of James having a "meeting" with his best friends. Unfortunately, and quite rudely, Lenny would try to army crawl over during this meeting, and steal one of the friends away! James is only 6 months old and he's already fighting with his brother!

Messy Face

James is 5 months old! It's amazing how quickly time is flying!

We tried sweet potatoes and squash this week...and it was a hit! He loved them and couldn't wait for each spoonful!

A big "Congratulations" to Baby James for completing his first full week of day care! The teachers all say that he's such a sweetheart, as he flirts with them all day! He certainly has his way with the ladies! Sounds like he may be taking after his Bathon uncles! Looks like we have a future ladies' man on our hands!

Best Friends

Too cute not to post! In time, I think they're going to be best friends.

Big Boy!

James is getting bigger by the day. He'll be 5 months old on August 18th. Certainly hard to believe! He's talking like crazy nowadays, and flirting with every gal that he see's. So ladies, watch out!

He's now eating in his "big boy chair"..or his highchair. He loves every minute of it! Perhaps, because his older fat brother can no longer try to steal his food!

Time for Cereal!

At 4 months of age, James is ready for cereal! He wasn't quite sure after the first spoonful, but now seems to really enjoy it!

This week, we also visited the pediatrician for his 4 month appointment. Mommy wasn't looking forward to the next round of immunizations! But James was such a big boy and only cried for a minute or two! He weighed in at 13 lb 8 oz (40th percentile) and 24 1/2 inches (60th percentile). Looks like we have a tall and skinny guy on our hands.

Fun in the Sun

Here are a few recent pictures of our little man James(16 weeks old) at Jacob & Trenton's Baptism party. We had such a great time! James even took his first dip in the pool and did a few laps! A natural athlete!

He was so happy to be able to work on his tan, as he'll be meeting his new buddy Avery Connelly in a few days! He wants to be sure to make a good impression!

Busy As Can Be...

Sorry I haven't posted any new pictures lately. Mommy went back to work, Grammy went back to PA, and Auntie Katie got married to Uncle Tom...so it's been pretty busy around here! I'll be 15 weeks this Sunday. Time is certainly flying! I've been holding my head up high and talking up a storm! I even turn a complete circle in my crib! Mommy and Daddy have no idea how I do it!
